About this Role
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Middleware Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration production operations at SP Infocity, Pune.
You will support business-critical Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) and Oracle WebLogic Server environments that underpin Telecom BSS, OSS and enterprise application flows.
This is an Application Operations and production-support role rather than an application development role. You will combine in-depth technical troubleshooting with incident and problem management, SLA/KPI ownership, production-change readiness, automation, observability and continual service improvement.
The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience in Telecom IT, Middleware, Integration or Enterprise Application Operations, including significant hands-on responsibility for Oracle FMW production environments. There are no direct or dotted-line reports.
What you will do
Middleware technical operations
- Lead day-to-day technical operations across Oracle FMW, SOA Suite, OSB, AIA and WebLogic production environments.
- Investigate and resolve complex integration failures involving SOA composites, BPEL, Mediators, Adapters, OSB services, JMS/JDBC resources, web services, APIs and dependent BSS/OSS systems.
- Administer and support WebLogic domains, clusters, Admin and Managed Servers, data sources, JMS components, deployments, JVM health and runtime logs.
