Dr Delphinium is seeking a proactive and dependable individual to join our Design Support team in Dallas. Our work is guided by Connection, Celebration, Ownership, Drive, Integrity, and Creativity — values that shape how we support one another and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. This vital role supports both internal operations and customer-facing work by overseeing product movement, inventory, warehouse organization, and on-site event coordination.

This role is well-suited for someone who is hands-on, service-minded, and naturally takes ownership, with the ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
