Desktop Support Analyst
WHAT WE SEEK
This position will be responsible for the procurement, inventory, and end user desktop support. The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for new hire onboarding and offboarding. This position reports to the Senior Manager of IT. This is a hybrid role, and will require the employee to go into the office in downtown Pittsburgh 2-3 days per week.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Manage and maintain computer images, issuance of hardware, and staff training on installed software

Setup staff accounts for AD, Exchange, Google, and other systems as necessary

Troubleshoot end user issues with corporate business applications and hardware via phone and email

Regular weekly reports to management.

Onboard and offboard staff as necessary

Perform other duties as assigned by management
WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BACKPACK
