We are looking for service-minded, self-motivated, and proactive DevOps Engineers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, automating, and delivering modern infrastructure and software deployment solutions using DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, Ansible, or related tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Fluentd, or Dynatrace.
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Manage and maintain source code repositories and container image repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Harbor, Quay, Artifactory).
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and system-related issues.
- Support DevSecOps practices and security integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior / Team Leader Level):
- Lead DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives and infrastructure modernization projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development within the team.
- Plan and manage team workloads, resource allocation, and project delivery timelines.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, documentation, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support presales activities to design solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
