About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Please note: This role will require occasional travel to San Francisco.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Communications Designer, Developer Experience to be a part of the Design team and embedded with DevRel. At Nebius, we believe builders decide which platforms win. AI engineers, agent builders, ML engineers and inference teams choose what to build on long before it becomes a procurement decision — and we want to earn that choice early, while they're still picking their models, inference and tooling. This role is about making Nebius the brand those builders recognize, respect, and share.
You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and evolving the visual language for everything developer-facing — one system that holds together across the , AI Builder Program, social, events, swag, and developer community.
- Designing for where builders actually are — meetups, hackathons, conference presence, event environments, and swag that developers actually want to wear and keep.
- Designing web pages, developer program materials, campaign visuals, and social content for a technical audience.
- Making technical content look as good as it is: benchmarks, GPU specs, pricing, architecture diagrams — turning dense material into visuals people actually want to read and share.
- Creating AI-templates and guidelines so the DevRel team can produce on-brand materials at speed without a designer in every loop.
- Working in the open with DevRel and content: quick concepts, tight iterations, ship-learn-repeat.
We expect you to have:
- A portfolio of marketing that developers actually respect — launch pages, developer program sites, campaigns, event visuals, technical content. Engineers can smell fluff; you don't produce it.
- You understand the audience: AI builders, ML engineers, DevOps, inference and platform teams, developers moving into AI. You know what catches their attention, what they ignore, and what makes them share something with a colleague.
