Take Your Clinical Nutrition Expertise Beyond the Facility

Ready to take the clinical skills you’ve built in a hospital or facility setting and use them in a completely different way?

As a Clinical Registered Dietitian with Rehab Without Walls’ Home & Community Program, you’ll bring your clinical nutrition expertise directly into the lives of individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex medical and neurological conditions.

Instead of seeing patients only within the walls of a facility, you’ll work with them in their homes and communities — helping turn clinical recommendations into practical, sustainable changes that work in real life.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian who brings a strong clinical foundation from a facility-based setting, such as a hospital, inpatient rehabilitation program, skilled nursing facility, or similar clinical environment.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have previous clinical dietitian experience in a hospital, inpatient, rehabilitation, or other facility-based setting

• Are comfortable supporting individuals with complex medical and nutritional needs

• Enjoy developing individualized nutrition plans based on clinical needs, lifestyle, and functional goals

• Want more autonomy and flexibility without giving up interdisciplinary collaboration

• Love the idea of taking your clinical expertise beyond the facility and seeing how it translates into a patient’s everyday life

Why You’ll Love This Role

• Flexible scheduling — build a schedule that works for your life

• Hourly pay — not visit-based compensation

• Paid drive and travel time + mileage reimbursement

• Access to continuing education and professional development

• Meaningful, individualized care in natural home and community environments

You’ve built the clinical foundation. Now take it beyond the walls of a facility and help patients put it into practice where it matters most — in everyday life.
