Troocoo are proud to partner with an Australian fintech business entering an exciting new phase of growth to appoint a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its internal marketing capability and bringing greater ownership of digital acquisition and performance marketing activity in-house.

Working alongside an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll play a key role in driving lead generation, improving conversion performance and helping shape the future of customer acquisition within a growing payments and financial technology business.

About The Role

As Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of the technical execution, optimisation and measurement of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, analytics, SEO and conversion rate optimisation.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes through data-led decision-making, experimentation and continuous optimisation. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, customer support and development teams to improve acquisition performance, enhance customer journeys and deliver actionable insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Own campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking and performance optimisation.

• Monitor lead generation performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on marketing investment.

• Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to develop, test and refine campaign messaging, creative and landing page experiences.

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility across acquisition, conversion and campaign performance metrics.

• Analyse customer journeys and identify conversion bottlenecks, drop-off points and optimisation opportunities.

• Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation programs across digital channels and customer touchpoints.

• Maintain and enhance SEO performance through keyword strategy, technical SEO improvements and search optimisation initiatives.

• Monitor visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and related marketing technologies.

• Support marketing automation, lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing initiatives through effective tracking and measurement.

• Partner with development teams on integrations, reporting enhancements and digital experience improvements.

• Provide regular performance reporting, insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

You'll be naturally curious, analytical and results-focused, with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and identifying opportunities for improvement. You're equally comfortable working with campaign data, conversion metrics and technical marketing platforms as you are collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience within fintech, payments, SaaS or other performance-driven digital environments will be highly regarded.
