About Towami
Towami is modern commerce infrastructure for independent merchants across the Americas. We eliminate the painful trade-off between monopolistic marketplaces that take a 15–30% cut of every order and website builders that leave sellers stranded with zero organic traffic.
We give merchants the best of both worlds: high-performance, white-label online stores on their own domains paired with instant distribution into a shared network of regional marketplaces and vertical classifieds. Our business model is pure subscription SaaS - zero transaction commissions, zero revenue share. Towami is currently live across 9 markets in North and Central America (including the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama).
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our merchant acquisition efforts across the US and Latin America. In this role, you will own the full marketing funnel - from driving awareness and acquisition to optimizing free-to-paid conversion across multiple countries and currencies.
You won't just manage agencies or report on metrics; you will design, execute, and analyze multi-channel growth experiments targeting small-to-midsize merchants, vehicle dealerships, and local sellers who are ready to own their storefront and stop paying high marketplace fees.
What You’ll Do
- Own Merchant Acquisition: Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Content, and Direct Outreach) to acquire new merchants across 9 live countries.
- Localization & Regional Strategy: Tailor positioning, messaging, and campaigns to specific national markets (US vs. Mexico vs. Central America), ensuring culturally relevant and high-converting creative.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid ad budgets (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok/local channels) with a relentless focus on lowering blended CAC and driving qualified store activations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner with our product and engineering team to test landing pages, onboarding flows, and free-to-paid conversion funnels.
- Content & SEO Distribution: Leverage our high-performance technical SEO architecture to amplify organic reach through educational content, comparison pages, case studies, and localized directories.
- Analytics & Attribution: Set up tracking, monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, churn), and deliver transparent reporting on what’s working and what should be killed.
