Digital Solution - Non Profit Organization

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with internal programme teams and external stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business requirements and opportunities for digital solutions.
• Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into clear problem statements, workflows, functional requirements and implementation plans.
• Identify and evaluate suitable digital tools, platforms and technology solutions based on business needs, usability and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with technology partners, vendors, government institutions, universities, NGOs and internal technical teams for solution development and implementation.
• Facilitate technology demonstrations, prototypes, pilot projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collect user feedback, track issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Support stakeholder onboarding, training and orientation to encourage effective adoption of digital platforms and tools.
• Coordinate partnership discussions, documentation, MoUs and follow-up activities with relevant institutions and technology partners.
• Maintain documentation of project requirements, stakeholder interactions, implementation progress, testing outcomes and feedback.
• Monitor solution usage and identify opportunities for improvements, integrations and scaling up digital initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Rural Management, Social Work, Management, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Technology, Agriculture or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Digital Solutions, Business Analysis, Digital Project Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, Partnerships or Technology Implementation.
• Experience in NGOs, CSR, agriculture, rural development, livelihoods, education or other development-sector programmes will be preferred.
