About Fresco

Fresco is a smart kitchen platform trusted by leading appliance brands around the world to build and scale connected cooking experiences. Our platform helps brands launch faster, deliver better experiences for home cooks, and accelerate their digital transformation.

Our mission is to empower anyone to cook delicious food.

Powered by KitchenOS and the Fresco AI Cooking Companion, Fresco connects appliances across brands, supports rapid onboarding, and scales globally in more than 15 languages. We work with partners including Panasonic, Middleby, Kenwood, Instant Pot Brands, Bosch, GE Appliances, Arda and LG, and operate as a global team with offices in Dublin and Madrid.

About the Role

As Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead Fresco’s efforts to win new partners and expand our footprint across the global appliance ecosystem. This role is central to delivering our goals and long-term vision—securing the partnerships that drive revenue today while establishing Fresco as the default platform powering the connected kitchen.

This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role, focused on personally originating, developing and closing high-value enterprise deals. You will take ownership of complex, net-new commercial opportunities across appliance manufacturers, OEMs, retailers and strategic ecosystem players, combining strategic commercial thinking with hands-on deal execution.

Success will depend on your ability to understand each partner’s business, uncover unmet needs, navigate complex organisational priorities and articulate how Fresco’s platform can deliver meaningful commercial and strategic value.

You will engage senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, shape tailored solutions, build compelling business cases and secure the alignment needed to progress complex opportunities through to close.

Working closely with the CEO, account management and leadership team, you will help shape Fresco’s commercial strategy, identify the highest-value opportunities and translate market potential into measurable revenue. You will balance landmark partnerships with global market leaders against mid-market “autobahn” opportunities that offer faster routes to scalable revenue.

This is an opportunity to build the new business foundation from the ground up, shaping processes, playbooks and structures.

This would suit entrepreneurial candidates with a strong consultative selling background who thrives working in a senior IC sales capacity.

This role offers a competitive salary and lucrative commission structure for the right candidate.
