- Lead partner marketing strategy across key OEM and alliance relationships, creating integrated plans that align partner priorities, Redesign solutions, campaigns, and field programs.
- Lead the strategy and governance for MDF, sponsorships, and partner-funded initiatives, including allocation, utilization, compliance, and measurement.
- Manage the consolidated portfolio and budget across field marketing, corporate events, merchandise, partner marketing, MDF, and sponsorships, making investment decisions based on expected impact and ROI.
- Establish consistent measurement and reporting across the portfolio, including pipeline influence, engagement, partner contribution, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Build scalable operating systems for planning, budgeting, intake, prioritization, execution, and post-program reporting that create consistency and accountability across the team.
- Lead, coach, and develop Field & Experiential and Partner Marketing Managers, setting clear expectations and enabling strong independent ownership.
