Your mission on the Financial Planning & Analysis team:
At TouchTunes, your work matters. The Director, FP&A owns the financial strategy and analysis behind TouchTunes' growth and valuation. This includes corporate finance and planning (forecasting, budgeting, the long-range plan, expense management, and business partnering), alongside strategic work on acquisitions, sale preparation and revenue growth. You'll partner with the CFO, CRO, and CEO on new market sizing, high-growth opportunity modeling, and execution accountability. As an individual contributor, you'll own the financial analysis/modeling and deliver insights that shape business decisions.
Your day-to-day:
Conduct financial diligence on acquisitions: build models, validate seller assumptions, size the synergies, and present valuation and risk analysis.
Prepare the company for an eventual sale: maintain the financial support behind the equity story, manage diligence requests, and work with bankers, the Board, and investors.
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
Partner with the CFO, CRO, and CEO on new and high-growth revenue lines: size the opportunity, build financial models, set milestones, and monitor execution.
Support sales leadership on productivity, pipeline and revenue forecasting, quota and territory design, and pricing decisions.
Manage operating expenses and headcount planning; maintain spend accountability with budget owners.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify what’s driving business results – volumes, unit economics, margin, and variances to budget and forecast – and provide recommendations.
Lead management, executive, and Board reporting with clear numbers, clear drivers, and clear recommendations.
Support month-end close alongside Accounting: review results, explain variances, and ensure reported numbers and forecasts align.
Improve forecasting models, processes, systems, and reporting; share knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capability.
Your profile:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate finance, or FP&A, with meaningful time inside an operating company.
Experience leading or supporting financial diligence on acquisitions, financing transactions, or sale processes.
Strong corporate finance foundation: valuation, returns, capital structure, cash flow, and unit economics.
