Full description
SQUIRE seeks a Director, Data Engineering to build and lead a data organization spanning Data Engineering, ML Engineering and Analytics. You’ll be hands-on about half the time while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.
You will own long-term data architecture and pipelines, drive data standards, and enable AI use cases across the company. Partner with the CTO and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into data contracts and platform investments.
