The Director of RCM Project Management Office (PMO) provides strategic and operational leadership for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle project portfolio and is responsible for translating organizational priorities into a governed, prioritized, adequately resourced, and measurable portfolio of initiatives. This position provides leadership and oversight for portfolio governance, project prioritization, PMO standards, resource and capacity planning, executive reporting, risk management, benefits realization, and delivery of complex revenue cycle, technology, digital transformation, operational improvement, and integration initiatives. The Director leads PMO professionals and partners with executive, operational, clinical, financial, and technical leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and achieve measurable outcomes.
