Our Ways of Working

At Afiniti, how we work is just as important as what we achieve. Our Ways of Working are ten guiding principles that define the standards and behaviors we hold ourselves accountable to every day. They push us to act with urgency and discipline, to innovate with data and facts, and to always see our work through the eyes of our clients. These principles are not abstract values - they are actionable commitments that shape daily decisions, strengthen collaboration, and ensure we deliver outcomes that matter.

Together, they encourage us to be intentional in how we prioritize and execute, to confront challenges and conversations directly, and to embrace the richness of our global community with respect and openness. They remind us to celebrate excellence, show kindness, and assume good intentions in every interaction. By living these principles consistently, we build the culture we aspire to - one that is ambitious, respectful, and relentlessly focused on creating meaningful impact for our clients and each other.

About the Role

Afiniti is looking for a Director of Product Management who is capable and motivated to bring zero to one product(s) to enterprise customers, experienced in building Agentic AI products, and skilled at working backwards from customer needs. They would have strong product sense and design thinking and be adept at working closely with engineering to deliver highly usable self-service products to a variety of enterprise personas.

In this role, you will work with a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative AI solutions to contact center clients. You will own at least one of the following AI products and contribute to all of them as a senior member of the product team. 1) Customer facing AI Agents that can handle interactions end to end across voice, chat, and email - with differentiators (such as dynamic personality selection, Afiniti-powered human agent handoff, and more). 2) A Predictive and Agentic AI powered orchestration engine that optimizes the contact center’s routing logic, workforce management configuration, and dynamically optimizes every customer journey through the contact center. 3) A deep Intelligence platform that integrates with client systems to detect insights, anomalies, and trends – along with outcome obsessed impact assessment and solutioning. This platform is truly the engine that drives outcome optimization through the rest of the product suite.
