We are seeking an exceptional Director - Product Management to lead the strategic vision and execution of our enterprise file system product portfolio. This leader will own the entire product strategy—from market positioning and roadmap direction to P&L accountability—for cutting-edge storage technologies serving Fortune 500 enterprises, mid-market innovators, and transforming SMBs globally.

Reporting to the Sr. Director - Product Management, this leader is responsible for defining and driving market positioning, roadmap execution, competitive differentiation, and revenue targets across all deployment models (on-premises, edge, cloud) while leading a world-class product team.

This role combines strategic product leadership, technical depth, and business acumen.

You will:

• Build repeatable, disciplined product discovery and validation processes that ground strategy in customer needs

• Drive market positioning and go-to-market execution that establishes DataCore as the category leader in enterprise file systems

• Own P&L accountability for the file system product line—managing revenue targets, portfolio investment, and strategic priorities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing product management organization aligned around clear customer and business outcomes
