Director – Project Delivery (Ericsson Account)

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of our Ericsson account. The role is high-stakes: projects need direction, and the team needs leadership.

You will:

Lead all Ericsson projects, driving delivery and client satisfaction

Turn around project management practices and rebuild team performance

Be the key point of contact with Ericsson leadership

We need someone who:

Has led large, complex projects (telecom experience a plus)

Thrives in challenging, turnaround-focused environments

Can motivate teams and build trust with clients
