Job Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Director for IQVIA Japan, you will lead and manage both Commercial Solutions and Research & Development Solutions (R&DS) hiring; with a strategic focus on stakeholder relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving recruitment strategies that align with IQVIA's mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world. You will leverage your expertise in commercial solutions to enhance the talent acquisition process ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals who can contribute to our global healthcare initiatives.
