Director, Technology Strategy & AI

What you’ll do

• Define and own the multi-year technology and AI roadmap, linking it to business priorities and measurable value

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, analysts and delivery managers, setting standards for how software gets built and shipped

• Set architecture direction for internal platforms, APIs, data integrations, automation and GenAI solutions, and review key technical decisions

• Stay hands-on where it matters, such as prototyping with AI-assisted tools, reviewing code and unblocking complex builds

• Manage the technology investment portfolio, including budgets, prioritization, vendor selection and partner performance

• Establish governance for AI adoption, covering security, data privacy, quality and responsible use

• Drive adoption and track outcomes, with clear KPIs for the solutions your teams launch

What you bring

• A degree in computer science, IT, engineering or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus

• Around 10+ years in technology

• A strong engineering background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and SQL, plus experience designing web applications, APIs and system integrations at scale

• A record of delivering AI or automation solutions into production

• Confidence presenting to senior executives

• Experience managing budgets, vendors and cross-functional programs

• Excellent communication in Thai and English with both technical and non-technical audiences
