Set expectations for UX quality, process, accessibility, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making.
Advance an AI-focused, human-centered UX culture by guiding AI-enabled experiences, rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and design experiments.
Promote responsible AI design principles, including transparency, trust, accessibility, privacy, human oversight, and inclusion.
Build team capability and foster continuous learning through coaching, mentorship, design critiques, training, Design Thinking, user research, and experimentation.
What you’ll need:

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX leadership and delivery, including discovery, research, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Experience defining UX strategy and leading execution across multiple products or initiatives, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business objectives, and strategic priorities.
Experience using AI tools or AI-enabled workflows for UX research, ideation, prototyping, experimentation, or product development.
