Reports To: Program Manager, Alternate Program Manager, Dispatch Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Full-Time, Hourly
Position Summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily student transportation operations for Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools in Guam. This position ensures routes are fully staffed, buses are dispatched on time, and transportation services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with DoDEA, Department of Transportation (DOT), and company requirements.
The Dispatcher serves as the primary operational point of contact for drivers and safety attendants during assigned shifts and acts as a liaison between transportation staff, Student Transportation Office (STO) personnel and RGI Management.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a high level of integrity, accuracy, accountability, and adherence to reporting and compliance standards.
