We are looking for a driven and experienced District Manager – Eastern Canada to lead multi-store performance, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure district financial goals, sales targets, and profitability objectives are achieved.
- Analyze business trends and develop strategic plans to increase sales, control expenses, and improve overall district profitability.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Ensure merchandising and customer service standards support the continued growth and expansion of our retail network.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate Store Managers to achieve operational excellence and sales performance goals.
- Monitor store performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), sales reports, and operational assessments.
- Ensure effective implementation of loss prevention, inventory control, workplace safety, and security programs.
- Protect company assets and merchandise by maintaining strong operational controls.
- Demonstrate leadership that respects individual backgrounds, experiences, and cultural differences while upholding Mind Games' values.
