The Mission
Financial Markets (FM) is the Bank’s gateway to the capital markets around the world. Our primary function is to service the needs of ING’s clients and other ING business lines with products, services, and guidance. FM aims to be a significant player in our market leader and challenger markets, with an additional presence in all the major international markets and specialist expertise in selected emerging markets and products.
Group Treasury’s (GT) overarching objective is to facilitate business development for our commercial businesses and for our Financial Markets trading.
As Domain Architect for the Pricing tribe, you will shape the target architecture for FM and Trading Risk capabilities across Financial Markets. You will work with business stakeholders, quants, engineers, solution architects, and platform teams to ensure that pricing services, market data flows, analytics/reporting components, and downstream integrations are consistent, scalable, resilient, and aligned with ING standards and the FM/GT target architecture. You will help simplify the pricing landscape, promote reuse of common capabilities, and guide delivery teams in making sound architecture decisions across front-to-back processes.
Your day to day
As a Domain Architect you will be part of the Wholesale Banking Centre of Excellence (COE) Architecture. You translate business vision and strategy into effective enterprise architecture by creating, communicating, and improving the key principles and models that describe the current and future state. You execute the global Business & IT Roadmap process, with centralised designs and (logical) global decompositions, analyses market- and IT-trends and, based on this information, contributing to the strategy of the organization.
