We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Appliance Installers who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
The Appliance Installer is responsible for the delivery, installation, testing, and customer demonstration of household appliances including refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers, and other home appliances. This position requires technical skills, attention to detail, safe work practices, and excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and install residential appliances safely and professionally.
- Remove and dispose of old appliances when required.
- Connect water, electrical, and gas appliances in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
- Verify proper operation and functionality of installed appliances.
- Educate customers on basic operation, features, and maintenance of appliances.
- Complete installation paperwork, photographs, and electronic documentation accurately.
- Inspect delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment daily.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and safe work practices.
- Report property damage, customer concerns, accidents, or installation issues immediately.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management to ensure timely service.
