We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy young professionals to join an international team in sunny Athens, Greece. In this role, you’ll be representing one of the most famous, premium tech giants on the planet. You’ll be helping customers across Europe find the perfect premium gadgets, track their orders, or solve basic service queries.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, chat, or email to help them choose the ultimate devices and accessories for their lifestyle.
- Make the Connection: Guide users through the online store, help them track missing packages, or handle order returns and cancellations with ease.
- Level Up Your Skills: Learn both the sales and service sides of the business, keeping your daily routine fresh, exciting, and dynamic.
- Go Global: Work alongside hundreds of open-minded expats in a massive, high-energy international department where English is the main language for training and internal updates.
