We're looking for individuals who can take business challenges and transform them with technical solutions. If you are a problem-solver that wants to work with cutting-edge technologies, this programme could be for you.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. You will manage campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize digital marketing efforts. Your responsibilities include creating content, analyzing data, and ensuring the messaging aligns with target audiences. You’ll also work with product teams to create promotional materials, enhance customer engagement, and measure the effectiveness of each campaign. Attention to detail and strategic thinking are essential, along with proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics platforms.

We pride ourselves on these characteristics and search for candidates who share them.

• Curiosity - We’re looking for people who want to learn, not just during the programme but throughout their careers.
• Patience - When trainees join us, we don’t expect them to be the finished article. We offer continual guidance and support for individuals who recognise it will take time to fulfil their full potential.
• Bravery - Our ideal candidates are brave people who aren’t afraid to form opinions, debate, share ideas and learn. We’re not afraid to take a path that makes us different.

We welcome applicants with a degree in any subject or significant relevant work experience to apply for our Investment Research programme. There isn’t a single type of person or a simple definition of what we look for; you could be a recent graduate or someone looking to switch careers. However, you should have a keen interest in researching companies. Below you will find some further information and questions to consider.

Do you find yourself constantly asking why? - Inquiring minds

This is a programme (and a firm) where learning and development does not stop. That’s why it is vital that you have an insatiable appetite for knowledge and the humility to know how much you don’t yet know. You must be curious, open to ideas and interested in a wide range of subjects, even those you know little about.

Are you a self-starter? - Independent thinkers

Nobody here expects to be spoon-fed answers – you need to apply your imagination, supply the inspiration, and find your own information. Research should come naturally: helping you spot the trends before others do and distinguish the short-term noise from what really matters. If you’re a self-starter, ready to raise your hand and get involved then this could be the perfect fit for you.

Are you willing to be wrong? - Resilient individuals

It can take years of uncertainty before we see the results of our work. So, as well as careful consideration, it takes commitment and grit – putting the client and the firm first. And, when mistakes happen, you know it’s not the end of the world.
