Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ECM (Engine Control Module) and TCM (Transmission Control Module) Gearbox Programmer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in programming, calibrating, and troubleshooting ECM and TCM systems for various vehicle makes and models. You will play a key role in optimising transmission systems, enhancing vehicle performance, and delivering top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Programming and Calibration:
- Program and reprogram ECM and TCM modules for automatic and manual transmissions.
- Customise gearbox settings for performance, fuel economy, or specialised driving needs.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve transmission-related issues.
- Recalibrate faulty ECM/TCM systems to ensure optimal performance.
Software Updates and Integration:
- Update ECM and TCM software to the latest manufacturer specifications.
- Flash and install firmware for various vehicle brands and models.
Custom Tuning and Performance Optimisation:
- Modify transmission maps for high-performance vehicles or specific driving conditions.
- Work on bespoke tuning projects for individual and fleet vehicles.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the mechanical team to ensure seamless integration of programmed modules.
