Retention and Email Marketing Manager (eCommerce)

About Evestar
Evestar is an eCommerce marketing agency working with DTC brands, mostly in the US. We cover performance marketing, email and SMS, creative and technology, so retention here works hand in hand with paid media, creative and analytics rather than in a silo.
The role
You'll own email and retention for several eCommerce brands, from planning to building, launching and reporting, and you'll also help prepare creatives for their paid ad campaigns. You'll work with clients directly and be the person they trust with their email program.
Klaviyo is our main platform: almost all of our clients run on it, and only occasionally a brand uses a different email service.
What you'll do

• Build and optimize Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart and browse, post-purchase, winback and more
• Plan monthly campaign calendars and run campaigns end to end
• Prepare creatives for paid ad campaigns (Meta and other channels): concepts, copy and briefs for designers, together with our paid media team
• Set up segmentation and personalization to grow repeat purchases and revenue per recipient
• Analyze flow and campaign performance and turn the numbers into clear next steps
• Present results on client calls and propose what to test next
• Manage several accounts in parallel
• Use AI tools every day for research, copy, creative and analysis

What we're looking for

• 1,5+ year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform (Omnisend, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar): you've built flows and campaigns yourself. Klaviyo experience is preferred
• Experience in eCommerce email, retention or lifecycle marketing
• Solid understanding of email and eCommerce metrics: open and click rates, conversion, revenue per recipient, repeat rate, LTV
• English C1: confident on client calls and in writing
• Organized and able to work independently across multiple accounts
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work

Nice to have

• Experience preparing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok or Google
• Shopify experience
• SMS marketing (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive)
• Design skills in Figma
• Agency background or experience with US eCommerce brands

Working hours
9:00–17:00 Eastern Time (Miami / New York), which is 16:00–00:00 Kyiv time or 15:00–23:00 Central European Time. Our clients and calls are in this time zone.
What we offer

• Fully remote, full-time, long-term role
• US eCommerce brands and real ownership of your accounts
