- Prototype and implement web-based storytelling components within the Globe’s publishing systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and editorial teams to develop new digital storytelling tools and formats
- Experiment with new storytelling formats, digital tools, and visual approaches
- Translate complex reporting into clear, compelling visual experiences
- Collaborate with editors, reporters, photographers, and developers to bring projects to life
- Help create and commission photography, illustration, artwork, and other visual elements
- Ensure visual consistency and uphold Globe brand standards across platforms
- Work efficiently and collaboratively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom
- Contribute to evolving design standards, templates, and best practices for both print and digital platforms
