EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive and auto ancillary sectors, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety and environmental management systems. The EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as local regulations such as the Factory Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure proper handling of materials in accordance with regulations.
• Provide training and support to employees on EHS practices and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on EHS performance to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive and auto ancillary industry standards.
• Expertise in industrial safety practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in conducting EHS audits and inspections.
• Ability to manage contractor safety and hazardous waste management.
