- Position : Electrical Engineer (Facilities / Maintenance / Manufacturing)
- Location : Jurong / Pioneer, Singapore
- Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 7.42am to 5.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $6000 + 1-Month Contract Completion Bonus
- Duration : Duration: 1-Year Contract
- Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering / Procurement / Supply ChainMain Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, HVAC, MV and building facilities systems.
- Manage critical utilities, including HT/LT power, compressed air, water, gas and energy monitoring systems.
- Implement predictive maintenance initiatives using IoT sensors, AI and data analytics.
- Drive energy efficiency, equipment reliability and maintenance improvements.
- Manage facilities repair, upgrading projects and vendor performance.
- Review electrical design submissions and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate M&E maintenance activities through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and maintenance performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
