College Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Phoenix, AZ
Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical REP Engineer, you'll join a collaborative Electrical Engineering design team focused on Microelectronics and Space applications. This role offers hands on experience on architectural, schematic, layout design for high reliability ruggedized and such as System in Package flip chip applications and radiation tolerant Space Drive products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of microelectronics modules, including schematic capture, PCB layout review, and component selection
- Perform hands‑on lab testing, including board bring‑up, debugging, and verification of high‑reliability electronics
- Assist in developing System‑in‑Package (SiP) and flip‑chip solutions through collaboration with packaging, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams
- Analyze circuit performance using simulation tools and document results for design reviews
- Contribute to radiation‑tolerant electronics development for Space Drives and other aerospace applications
- Participate in peer design reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including test procedures, test reports, and design artifacts
- Work closely with cross‑functional engineering groups to understand requirements, constraints, and program objectives
- Support prototype builds, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis to improve design robustness
