Electronics Soldering & Assembly Technician (Downhole Tools)Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on technician to support the soldering, cable and wire harness assembly, and mechanical assembly of electronic systems used in downhole drilling tools. This role is suited for someone who takes pride in clean, reliable builds and can work independently in a focused, production-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and wire cable and wire harnesses using schematics and wiring diagrams
• Maintain clear build documentation (Excel/Word, photos, notes where required)
• Perform precision soldering for prototype and low-volume downhole electronics.
• Complete mechanical assembly (torque-controlled fasteners, sealing, general hand tools)
• Support testing and troubleshooting at a basic level
• Contribute to continuous improvement in build quality and workflow
