• Help execute personalised campaigns that communicate the value proposition, working from established messaging frameworks.

• Support the Content Lead by drafting simple briefs and helping coordinate copy and creative requests.

• Assist with tailoring messaging for different segments and funnel stages, learning how tone and positioning shift across audiences.

• Support QA of content and creative to help ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Testing, Optimisation & Analytics

• Participate in setting up simple A/B tests against a pre-defined framework, assist in collecting and organising campaign data, supporting reporting for the wider team.

• Help document learnings from tests and campaigns, building an understanding of what drives performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support the CRM team in day-to-day coordination with monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics.

• Build working relationships with the Lifecycle Content Lead and other cross-functional partners.

• Help ensure cross-channel consistency across lifecycle campaigns, paywall experiences, and in-app messaging.

• Eager and able to pick up new CRM tools quickly, with prior experience operating standard ESP/automation platforms (e.g., e-Sputnik, Reteno, Braze, or similar).

• Execution-ready mindset: Ready to work hands-on and comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy daily execution work

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-supported environment

• Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or Slack

• Nice-to-have: basic Figma skills; HTML/JSON knowledge
