At YOCTO, we strive to be the best possible professionals we can be, in our domain of expertise, globally. We believe that doing things one way doesn't mean that way is the best way, so we're constantly learning, iterating, and innovating to push against the status quo. We believe in meritocracy, always. If someone performs well and it's measurable, they will keep going up, regardless of their age, education, gender, or species.
We focus on results, not effort. We celebrate results for our clients and growth for YOCTO. But we also believe in having fun. We keep a casual, friendly relationship with each other, whether things go well or wrong. And we respect and honor our personal lives, families, hobbies, and passions outside of work.
