Full description
Are you passionate about ultra‑fast, low‑latency video on embedded devices? Join us as an Embedded Video/Streaming Architect and lead the way in shaping real‑time video performance. From GStreamer pipelines to WebRTC and Embedded Linux optimization - you’ll architect the core of our next‑gen streaming platform.
We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters are in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.
From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales - we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.
Making Future Reality together -are you in?
Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of our GStreamer pipelines and help shape how video streaming runs on our embedded devices.
- Build and optimize performance for WebRTC, WebSockets, HTTP, RTSP, and RTP to achieve rock‑solid, low‑latency streaming.
- Work hands-on with Embedded Linux (Yocto) to fine‑tune throughput and system performance.
- Partner closely with hardware and firmware teams to get the most out of the system and ensure seamless multimedia integration.
- Help define and evolve our streaming architecture so it stays scalable, modular, and easy to maintain.
