This role would begin by identifying applicable rebate programs, confirming project and customer eligibility, and mapping rebate opportunities to the planned scope of work, such as electrification, HVAC upgrades, weatherization, appliance replacements, or energy-efficiency improvements.

The program manager would coordinate with Johnson Controls’ internal teams, public housing authority staff, contractors, energy consultants, and state energy offices to gather required technical, financial, and compliance documentation. This may include utility data, equipment specifications, income eligibility information, project cost estimates, procurement records, contractor certifications, and documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with program rules.
