• Create and maintain engagement plans for projects, including onboarding, offboarding, and renewals.
• Keep detailed notes to ensure consistent, effective communication.
• Anticipate resourcing needs and manage team allocations accordingly.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues; maintain an up-to-date RAID log.
• Uphold contractual obligations while encouraging professional behaviour and high performance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to consultants and clients.
• Be a reliable point of contact for all stakeholders, maintaining long-term relationships, including with alumni.

• Inspires high performance while reinforcing positive behaviours.
• Skilled in delivering constructive feedback and handling challenging conversations.
• Approachable, diplomatic, and able to build trust quickly.
• Balances professionalism with approachability, knowing when to bring levity.

About Digiterre:

Digiterre is an award-winning software and data engineering consultancy. For the past 23 years we have helped leading organisations change and transform their businesses by building and delivering high-value bespoke technology. Widely recognised for our work with clients in the financial services and energy and commodities sectors, we solve some of the most complex and important industry problems. Our latest award recognised us as the “Leading Strategic/Technology Advisory Group of the Year 2023” at Commodity Trading Week.

Taking ownership of problems is in our DNA, which means we can deliver high-risk, high-profile, and time-constrained projects in less time than competitors, often significantly so.

We live and breathe our values of Care, Quality, and Leadership, and believe in a working culture that is highly collaborative, consultative, and respectful.

Our Values:Our values are Care, Quality and Leadership.

Like all great professional services organisations, our aim is to delight our clients through the delivery of excellence and adherence to the highest levels of accountability in all that we do. In short, through keeping our promises and by over-delivering against our commitments wherever possible. Underpinning those aims is an all-encompassing passion for technology and data-led transformation. We are driven to demonstrate the point that brilliant software and data engineering, which meets the precise requirements of business users is, not only possible, but is the standard against which all initiatives should be measured; without compromise.

We aim to add business value far in excess of the cost of delivery, project after project. We are constantly seeking to hire additional team members who, like us, celebrate continuous learning and who want to work in a high-respect environment to contribute significantly to delivering the change that our clients have come to expect of Digiterre.
