As an Engineering Manager, you will lead Data Engineers and Technology Specialists supporting Branch Banking, Coach Ready, and Loyalty. You will provide technical and people leadership while delivering a two to three year technology roadmap. The work combines data engineering, stakeholder management, automation, and solution delivery across Technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop engineering and technology specialists
Guide data solution design, development, implementation, and support
Deliver roadmap initiatives for Canadian Personal Banking
Drive automation across build, test, release, and configuration
Manage milestones, resources, priorities, and delivery risks
Requirements:
Seven or more years of relevant technology experience
Hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, and SQL
