We’re Hiring: Enterprise Account Executive
B2B SaaS | Wholesale Commerce
Location: Remote, U.S.-based
About RepSpark
RepSpark is a growth-stage B2B SaaS platform purpose-built for wholesale commerce. We partner with established and emerging brands across wholesale-driven industries, including apparel, footwear, accessories, and more.
Our platform powers B2B wholesale, B2B2X, and related selling motions, helping brands replace manual, disconnected processes with a scalable, data-driven solution used by sales teams, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in complex sales environments, takes full ownership of their number, and knows how to navigate and close sophisticated, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at RepSpark, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our top-tier accounts — the largest and most operationally complex organizations in our market.
This is a consultative enterprise SaaS sales role, not a transactional or order-taking position. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic opportunities from initial outreach through close, partnering with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Marketing to build pipeline, lead effective discovery, navigate complex buying processes, and close well-qualified enterprise business.
Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, disciplined deal management, executive-level communication, and the ability to build relationships across multiple functions within an organization.
What You’ll Do
-
Drive net-new ARR by identifying, developing, and closing top-tier enterprise accounts
-
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
-
Build pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting in addition to developing inbound opportunities
-
Lead structured, value-based discovery with VP and C-level stakeholders
-
Multi-thread opportunities by building relationships across executive leadership, procurement, operations, IT, and other key functions
-
Identify and validate decision criteria, buying processes, key stakeholders, timelines, business drivers, and budget
-
Independently manage RFI/RFP processes from initial intake through final submission with minimal oversight
-
Deliver compelling, business-focused product demonstrations in partnership with Sales Engineering
