• Internal Orchestration: Lead the development of high-value proposals by syncing with product teams, legal, and strategic partner executives.

• Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our Asian and European teams to manage multinational accounts and align global strategy for US-based clients.

• High Autonomy: A remote-first role for a "CEO of the territory" who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The Candidate Profile

• Proven Sales Tenure:5+ years of professional sales experience, with a focused minimum of 3 years specifically closing complex software or business solutions.

• SaaS/Enterprise Track Record: A documented history of success in selling Enterprise-grade SaaS or high-stakes business software into sophisticated organizations.

• Domain Depth: Deep fluency in the FinCrime, AML, or RegTech ecosystems is highly preferred.

• Technical Literacy: Expert at translating sophisticated AI capabilities into tangible ROI and risk mitigation for non-technical stakeholders.

• Global Agility: Comfortable operating across global time zones (US/EMEA/APAC) and ready for domestic/international travel as needed.

The Process

• Intro with People Ops — 30 min

• Conversation with the CEO — 30 min

• Panel presentation, enterprise case study — roughly half a day of prep, 60-minute presentation
