About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development professional to drive business growth for MaxWorth's AIDC and hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B / enterprise sales, with the ability to identify business opportunities, engage decision-makers, understand operational requirements and recommend the right technology or hardware solution.

This is a consultative, field-oriented sales role involving client meetings, prospecting, solution discussions, product presentations, negotiations and complete ownership of the sales cycle.

If you enjoy meeting customers, understanding business challenges, presenting technology solutions and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and enterprise accounts.

• Prospect and engage with key decision-makers, business owners, IT teams, operations teams, procurement teams and other relevant stakeholders.

• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, existing relationships, industry events and other business-development channels.

• Conduct in-person client meetings, requirement discussions, product presentations and solution demonstrations.

• Understand customer processes, operational challenges and technology requirements to recommend appropriate AIDC and hardware solutions.

Present and promote relevant solutions across areas such as:

• Barcode Printers & Scanners

• RFID Solutions

• Mobile Computers & Handheld Devices

• Industrial Tablets

• AIDC Hardware & Accessories

• Automation & Data Capture Solutions

• IoT / BLE-enabled solutions

• Work closely with internal Pre-Sales, Technical, Software, Operations and Support teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.

• Prepare customized presentations, quotations, proposals and commercial offers based on customer requirements.

• Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification through requirement analysis, proposal, negotiation, closure and post-sales coordination.

• Negotiate commercial terms and work towards achieving assigned revenue and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective enterprise customers.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and account expansion within existing customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and handover of customer requirements after order closure.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on opportunities, meetings, closures, forecasts and business development activities.

• Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging AIDC technologies to identify new business opportunities.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, conferences and customer engagement activities to strengthen the company's market presence.

• Travel for customer meetings, business development activities and partner engagements as required.

• Has preferably worked in AIDC, Barcode, RFID, Mobility, Industrial Hardware, Automation, IoT or Technology Solutions.

• Is comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.

• Can understand customer requirements and translate business problems into suitable technology solutions.

• Has a proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities and close business.

• Is confident in conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations and product discussions.
