Entry Level Recruiter

• Your goal as a Recruiter is to creatively identify, build relationships with, recruit and place top engineering professionals in positions within our extensive and growing client base.

• Source and connect with candidates for designated Engineering opportunities through: databases, search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, job boards, and social media.

• Develop and/or execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating a strong talent pipeline to meet overall recruiting objectives.

• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS), uploading resumes, updating candidate status, and generate reporting

• Communicate with candidates and colleagues frequently to relay status of searches, candidate progress, etc.

• Attainable target goals set up within your first week to get you on the path to success!

Requirements

• Recent Grads Welcome!

• Strong customer service orientation

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment

• Competitive nature

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Able to adapt to a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects

• Experience utilizing social networks and databases to source and cold-call candidates

• An upbeat, energetic, tenacious personality

• Highly skilled at MS Office suite
