Job Description

• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan, forecasting, and other financial planning processes, including coordination, consolidation, system loads, and data tie-outs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and evaluation of business submissions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including trends, forecast accuracy, risks and opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Support monthly and in-month performance management, including P&L, working capital, operational metrics, and other key financial KPIs.
• Prepare standardized management reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations covering actuals, forecasts, plans, and strategic priorities.
• Perform financial analysis across areas such as cost, productivity, spend, headcount, investments, working capital, and cost/mix/volume drivers.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and reporting processes, with a focus on improving consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, simplify, automate, and improve financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI to improve data analysis, identify exceptions and insights, and reduce manual work.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support ad hoc analysis, business priorities, and decision-making.
• Support other FP&A, transformation, and finance initiatives as business priorities evolve.
