You will be working with a number of excellent offices and teams, covering Branch Managers’ in their absence. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the offices and providing the teams with direction and inspiration, as together you ensure company goals and targets are met.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.
Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Sales Manager Remuneration:
Basic salary £30,000 with on target earnings of £55,000 to £60,000 plus company car or car allowance + private medical cover.
