As a company, we invest significantly in high-impact events to position our platform and leadership, and we’re seeking an experienced, hyper-organized Event Coordinator to ensure every touchpoint is executed with precision.

While this role is primarily coordination-focused and not expected to involve regular travel, there may occasionally be a need to be present on-site depending on the event. Your work behind the scenes will directly impact the quality, ROI, and brand presence of our event participation. You’ll act as the single point of contact bridging internal teams and external vendors to make every event seamless, well-executed, and results-driven.

What You'll Own:

End-to-End Event Coordination & Ownership

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Branding & Content, who owns overall strategy, creative direction, and content, to manage the operational rollout of events across internal and external teams.

• Own the execution phase: track timelines, chase deliverables, and ensure all marketing, design, and logistics tasks stay on schedule.

• Coordinate with vendors (booth providers, AV, print, venue teams) to ensure logistics and technical requirements are met.

• Track every detail: internal deliverables, key event deadlines, shipping, signage, speaker coaching, and more.

One Point of Contact Between Teams

• Be the go-to liaison between Marketing, Client Engagement, Leadership, and external event vendors.

• Communicate clearly and consistently to translate strategy into action and action into results.

• Prepare speakers and clients for event participation, ensuring they are briefed and stage-ready.

Timely Submission of Materials & Deadline Accountability

• Take full ownership of submitting marketing collateral, booth assets, and communication materials to vendors, event portals, and submission sites within strict timelines.

• Chase down inputs from external/internal stakeholders (event vendors, production, design, leadership, content, etc.) to ensure no delays.

• Maintain a live tracking system of deadlines, ensuring everything is sent in correct format and production-ready to avoid last-minute risks.

Booth & Asset Management

• Understand booth layouts, hardware specs, and visual requirements.

• Communicate design specs and asset needs to graphic designers, and follow up for changes or approvals.

• Oversee production quality by ensuring the right files are submitted with enough buffer time.

Strategic Support & ROI-Focused Execution

• Support the Head of Marketing, Branding & Content in implementing event strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.

• Help track event ROI and outcomes, assisting with reporting and learnings.

• Ensure all internal teams understand how their deliverables tie into broader event success.

Who You Are:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience coordinating complex events in a B2B or tech environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.

• A proactive communicator and project owner who thrives in cross-functional environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and production schedules without missing a beat.

• Deep understanding of what goes into a great event booth and audience experience.

• Comfortable working with office productivity suites and project management tools to manage timelines, tasks, and cross-team coordination.

• You’re accountable, reliable, and the person everyone trusts to get things done — on time.

What You’ll Get

• Ownership of marquee events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Exposure to senior leadership and a chance to shape how our brand shows up on the industry stage.

• A fast-paced, high-growth tech environment with autonomy and clear impact.

• Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

• A collaborative team that respects your hustle and values your contributions.

• A role designed to support your long-term career growth through meaningful, hands-on experience across marketing, strategy, and cross-functional execution.
