Experience & Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred but not required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

• Must be available to work outside normal office hours during event periods and to travel extensively within KSA, which remains the role’s primary focus, as well as internationally for venue inspections, supplier meetings, rehearsals and event delivery in markets such as the US and Central Asia. Must be comfortable working across time zones, local working practices and cross-border travel requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with a genuine mix of events, corporate communications and marketing.

• Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent corporate and industry events across the full planning and logistics lifecycle, ideally including major regional platforms such as FII, LEAP, GITEX or similar. This includes:

• Speaker, VIP and attendee management

• Domestic and international travel and accommodation

• Logistics, including transport, catering, permits, event staffing and on-site operations

• Budget management and reconciliation

• Experience in-house at a technology, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure or giga-project organisation, or at an agency supporting clients of this kind.

• Demonstrated corporate communications experience, including writing announcements, press releases, executive speeches, talking points and digital content.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic based in Riyadh

• Must be able to write and edit communications content, not just coordinate it.

• Able to turn technical and commercial topics into clear, compelling content for different audiences, from executives and government to media and employees.
