Ex-Serviceman Support Specialist

We are seeking an Ex-Serviceman Support Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who have served in the armed forces and are looking to leverage their unique skills and experiences in a civilian capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of military operations and the ability to communicate effectively with both military personnel and civilian stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to ex-servicemen transitioning to civilian life, helping them navigate various challenges.
• Collaborate with organizations and agencies to create programs that assist ex-servicemen in finding employment and integrating into society.
• Utilize military experience to offer insights and recommendations on best practices for supporting veterans.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills of ex-servicemen.
• Act as a liaison between ex-servicemen and potential employers, ensuring that both parties understand each other's needs and expectations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of military structure and operations, particularly within the Indian Army.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching, particularly in a military context.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with resources available for veterans and ex-servicemen.
