About the Role**

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll act as a central point of coordination for executive activities, helping the CEO and Executive Leadership Team stay organised, aligned and focused on what matters most.

While diary and administrative management remain key components, you'll also contribute to, and support, a range of business projects and initiatives, manage meeting governance processes, and provide the coordination and follow-through that keeps important business activities moving forward.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing executive diaries, meetings, travel and communications.
• Supporting Executive Leadership Team and governance processes, including agendas, minutes and action management.
• Supporting and contributing to business projects and organisational initiatives.
• Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
• Coordinating executive events and providing administrative support across the business as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who understands that great Executive Assistants do far more than manage calendars.

You'll bring initiative, sound judgement, discretion and a natural ability to anticipate what's required before being asked. You're comfortable working with senior leaders, build credibility quickly, and know how to influence outcomes while maintaining a highly supportive approach.

The ideal person will be:

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Professional, approachable and skilled at building strong relationships across the business.
• Confident and confidential working with senior leaders and stakeholders, with a grounded and supportive approach.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable and trustworthy, embracing technology and AI to improve efficiency while delivering exceptional service.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes, and approaches challenges with a positive, accommodating attitude.

Why Join Terra Cat?

• A unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
• Full-time or flexible part-time arrangements available for the right person

• A supportive and down-to-earth team environment
• The chance to contribute to projects that make a real difference across the business
