Executive Assistant to the Founders & Board H/F

About Chain of Events

Chain of Events brings together the people shaping the future of technology, business and innovation through three leading summits in Paris.Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

• Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.

• RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).

• MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

The role and its challenges

You'll become the right hand of the Founders and the Board — the person who keeps their time, information and priorities perfectly orchestrated in a fast-scaling, multi-brand business. Every strategic conversation, every trip, every Board decision will run more smoothly because you're there. As Executive Assistant, you will:

• Own the agenda: manage and arbitrate a complex, ever-changing calendar for the Founders and Board members — balancing competing priorities, juggling time zones, and deciding what deserves a Founder's time and what doesn't.

• Run the show during event weeks: manage on-site schedules for the Board and VIPs, coordinate executive meeting slots and oversee guest onboarding.

• Handle all business travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, visas, itineraries — spotting friction points before they happen so the Founders can focus on what matters.

• Manage first-level admin and finance follow-up: expense reports, invoicing related to Founders/Board activity, in close coordination with the Finance team.

• Support strategic meetings: prepare materials, write sharp minutes, and chase post-Board action items until they're actually done.

• Partner with the Chief of Staff: execute the operational mechanics of the internal operating system and governance formats — scheduling, meeting prep, document completeness, follow-ups and smooth information flow between the Founders/Board and internal teams.

Growth and learning

A front-row seat to how a fast-growing, multi-brand tech events company is run at the top — right after its acquisition by Hyve Group and ahead of the 2027 convergence at the Palais des Congrès. Initiative is expected here, not just encouraged.

Your future team

You'll work directly with the Founders and Board members, and closely with the Chief of Staff, the Finance team and the internal teams. A fast-paced, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment.

About you

• Fully bilingual French/English, written and spoken, switching between the two with ease every day.

• Rock-solid organisation and the ability to prioritise instantly when everything feels urgent.

• Absolute discretion: you'll handle sensitive, confidential information as a matter of course.

• Sharp attention to detail under time pressure (travel logistics, expense accuracy, meeting follow-through).

• A calm, solution-oriented presence — you anticipate rather than react, and you're comfortable when priorities shift fast.

• At ease with Google Workspace, Slack and expense/travel platforms.

• Major plus: you're genuinely excited about AI and automation, with a proven interest in integrating new tools into your daily workflow.
